At SAM Audio, we want you to experience your music with absolute clarity. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your audio equipment within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a successful inspection.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
