>The D1se from SMSL is an extremely powerful DAC, based on a symmetrical architecture using a high-end ESS ES9038Pro digital to analog conversion chip. Taking advantage of a flawless design, it will satisfy the most demanding audiophiles.
>The SMSL D1se is able to decode MQA (Master Quality Authenticated) audio files. These are the guarantee of a restitution quality as close as possible to the original studio recording for an incomparable listening.
>The D1se uses an ESS ES9038Pro DAC chip for its conversion stage. This one offers incredible sound performances and excellent measurements, with notably a SNR of 140dB and a THD+N of -122dB. In addition, this 32bit 8-channel chip ensures a very low distortion of 0.00009% (-121dB) and supports high-resolution audio streams up to PCM 32bit 768kHz and DSD512.
>All the circuits of the D1se also benefit from high-end components. We find an ES9311 chip in the power supply stage, allowing to provide the DAC with a low noise electrical signal. This power supply stage also embeds Nichicon KG filtering capacitors as well as a high quality Noratel toroidal transformer. An XMOS XU-216 32bit USB interface is also used to process USB streams quickly and efficiently.
>The SMSL D1se embeds a Bluetooth 5.0 receiver and an antenna, allowing you to remotely broadcast your music, directly from your smartphone. Moreover, it supports the aptX codec, ensuring a fast and stable transmission for a quality of restitution close to that of the CD.
